I work hard to create an effective and engaging course for all my classes. SCHOOL & WORK FRIENDLY COURSE SCHEDULE
I aim to conduct class times after the general work day (after 5pm) and on weekends.


BEGIN AN INTRODUCTORY MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
Learn various types of breathing exercises, meditations, and muscle relaxation techniques that anyone can do in daily life, such as at home, the office, or anywhere!


LEARN HEALTHY HABIT LIFE SKILLS & SELF-CARE
Educate yourself on how to reduce unhelpful worrisome thoughts, optimize diet via mindful eating, and improve sleep hygiene through elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
