This innovative course will help you build key skills to better cope with stressors in everyday life, no matter how large or small.

 

From setting self-care goals and cultivating social support during the pandemic to learning tangible relaxation techniques, this program is here for your support. 

This course is taught by Hannah Shulman, a licensed mind-body medicine clinician from the world-renowned Mass General Brigham Healthcare System in Boston, MA.
