What is Stress Management And Resiliency Training (SMART)? 

Meet Your SMART Instructor

This innovative course will help you build key skills to better cope with stressors in everyday life, no matter how large or small.

 

From setting self-care goals and cultivating social support  to learning tangible, research-driven relaxation techniques, this program is here for your support. 

This course is taught by Hannah Shulman, a licensed mind-body medicine affiliated and certified by the Mass General Brigham Healthcare System in Boston, MA.
